Instructions: Mix hard candy mix and 1/3 c water. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Bring mixture to boil. Remove from heat at 290 degrees F. Add flavor when boiling stops. Add colouring if desired. Pour mixture onto lightly greased cookie sheet or into lightly oiled hard candy mold. Cool completely, but do not refrigerate. Brake into small pieces.

Instructions: 
- Royal Icing: Mix at medium speed, 1 lb. of mix and 5 Tablespoons water, beat until icing stands in peaks. Flavor and colour as desired.
- Picture or Flow Icing: Add 1 Tablespoon water of each 1/2 cup of Royal Icing prepared as above.  Mix by hand.

Shelf Life: 1 year if kept in cool, low humidity environment.

- Merckens super white is a delicious, smooth and creamy vanilla flavored confectionary candy coating with no waxy taste.

- White and colored confectionary candy coatings combine sugar, milk and vegetable oil. It is easy to melt and requires no tempering. If a thinner coating is desired, paramount crystals may be added. If adding flavors or colors, use a concentrated flavor or oil-based flavor.

- Chocolate may melt in shipping if ordering during warmer temperatures. If it melts during shipping, it can be remelted.
