Safe and convienent, the SassieShot heats up in under 5 minutes and allows two temperature settings for either hot or cooler melted isomalt. The hot temperature produces thin, water-like melted isomalt; perfect for filling molds. The cooler temperature produces a thicker, honey-like melted isomalt that is perfect for assembling gingerbread houses, gluing sugar sculptures, and creating spun sugar decorations.
