How do I return an item?

We are committed to working with you during your return process, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@cakemischief.com if you have any questions.

Returning Unwanted Item(s):

To return an unwanted item(s) please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@cakemischief.com. All returned items must be in the original packaging, un-used and in a re-sellable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any additional fees associated with returning the item(s) (if applicable). We will issue a full refund or exchange (minus the shipping and handling charges) once we have received the item(s).

Incorrect Item(s) Received:

If you have received an incorrect item than what you ordered, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order by emailing info@cakemischief.com Once we have approved your claim, Cake Mischief reserves the right to issue a refund or provide a replacement or exchange. We may require that you return the incorrect item, if this is the case, Cake Mischief will pay for shipping costs. If we require that you return the item, the refund or exchange will be given once we have received the item(s), provided that it is in the original packaging, un-used and in a re-sellable condition.

Incomplete Order:

If you are missing an item that you ordered, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order, or of the scheduled delivery date by emailing info@cakemischief.com. We will review your claim, and if approved we will resend the missing item at our expense. If the item is no longer in stock we will issue a full refund (including shipping costs if applicable).

Damaged Item(s):

Cake Mischief is not responsible for items damaged during shipping. If you received a damaged item, please contact us within seven days by emailing info@cakemischief.com If your claim is approved, Cake Mischief will issue a full refund or exchange. Cake Mischief reserves the right to issue a refund or provide a replacement or exchange. We may require that you return the damaged item, if this is the case, Cake Mischief will pay for shipping costs. If we require that you return the item, the refund or exchange will be given once we have received the item in its original packaging.

Defective Item(s):

If an item you received from us is defective in workmanship or material, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@cakemischief.com. We may require that you return the defective item, if this is the case, Cake Mischief will pay for shipping costs.
