How do I return an item?

We are committed to working with you during your RMA Process please don't hesitate to contact us at info@cakemischief.com if you have any questions.

 

Please email us at info@cakemischief.com to receive an RMA number. If we receive a return without an RMA number, we will return the package to the client at the client's expense.

 

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with the product you received in any way, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@cakemischief.com. We will issue a full refund or exchange (minus shipping and handling charges), if we approve your claim. Cake Mischief reserves the right to issue a refund or exchange. The refund/exchange will be given, once we have received the item(s), provided that it is in the original packaging, un-used and in a re-sellable condition.

Incorrect

If you have received an incorrect item than what you ordered, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order by emailing info@cakemischief. Once we have approved your claim, Cake Mischief reserves the right to issue a refund or provide a replacement or exchange. We may require that you return the incorrect item, if this is the case Cake Mischief will pay for shipping costs. If we require that you return the item, the refund or exchange will be given once we have received the item(s), provided that it is in the original packaging, un-used and in a re-sellable condition.

Missing

If you are missing an item that you ordered, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order, or of the scheduled delivery date by emailing info@cakemischief.com. We will review your claim, and if approved we will resend the missing item at our expense. If the item is no longer in stock we will issue a full refund (including shipping costs if applicable).

Damaged

Cake Mischief is not responsible for items damaged during shipping. If you received a damaged item, please contact us within seven days by emailing info@cakemischief. If your claim is approved, Cake Mischief will issue a full refund or exchange. Cake Mischief reserves the right to issue a refund or provide a replacement or exchange. We may require that you return the damaged item. If this is the case Cake Mischief will pay for shipping costs. If we require that you return the item, the refund or exchange will be given once we have received the item in its original packaging.

Defective

If an item you received from us is defective in workmanship or material, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@cakmischief.com. If your claim is approved we will issue a full refund or exchange. Cake Mischief reserves the right to issue a refund or provide a replacement or exchange. We may require that you return the defective item. If this is the case Cake Mischief will pay for shipping costs. If we require that you return the item, the refund or exchange will be given once we have received the item.
